The Advanced School of Dental Assisting, ASDA, was founded
to address today's very real shortage of dental assistants and to
prepare students for a career in this rewarding and
"recession-resistant" field. The U.S. Department of Labor
estimates that there will be more than 80,000 job openings nationwide
for qualified dental assistants each year, and that this shortage of
dental assistants will increase over many years to come. This
means there will be significant job opportunities in your immediate
area.
Our program was designed with the needs of both students and
dentists in mind. For the students, the program is affordable,
convenient, fast and effective. Classes are taught after hours
in my actual dental office and the focus is on hands-on learning
that boosts comprehension and builds confidence. Surplus topics
and unnecessary philosophy are excluded to avoid confusion and delay.
All school materials are provided by ASDA. To you, this means
that you can begin your new career sooner, with less cost and greater
comfort level with your new skills.
For dentists, we provide graduates who know dental offices and
routines. Dentists can rely on our graduates to become
productive quickly in their practices due to the hands-on aspect of
their training, and they appreciate that the program leaves treatment
and office philosophy to their discretion. This translates to
better help, faster for doctors who desperately need dental
assistants. To you, this means that we provide you an
advantage in both hiring opportunities and compensation.
Our program is only 9 weeks, and is held twice a week on Monday and
Tuesday from 4-8pm in my dental office. Our classes are
limited with a teacher for each 5 students and the next session
begins September 14th, 2009. The tuition is $2,750
complete, with no hidden costs or charges, and must be paid in full
two weeks prior to the start of class. This price includes all
textbooks, a workbook, instruments, and models of teeth, scrubs,
protective eyewear, gloves, and masks. Financing is available.
You will also become CPR certified. The only requirement is a
High School diploma or GED. You are always welcome to visit my
office for a tour of the school. To make an appointment, just
call us.
We help people prepare for a career in the field, not just another
job with an uncertain future. If you need any additional
